The raffle organiser is Th. Geyer GmbH & Co. KG with its head office in Renningen. Participation is free of charge and is based solely on these participation conditions.

Duration of raffle and participation

The raffle shall take place in the period from 16 October 2017 until 23:59 on 15 November 2017. Participation is only possible within this period. Answers sent after the expiry date of the raffle shall not be considered in the draw of the winners’ names. Participation is free of charge and shall only be possible within the above mentioned time frame by completing the raffle form on the websites operated by Th. Geyer GmbH & Co. KG.

Eligible participants

Those eligible to take part are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 years. Participation is not limited to the organiser’s customers and is not dependent on purchasing company products or services. If a participant should be limited in his or her legal capacity, the consent of his or her legal representative shall be required.

Employees of the Th. Geyer Group and their family members are not entitled to take part in the raffle.

If violations occur to these participation conditions for legitimate reasons such as manipulation in connection with access to or the proper execution of the raffle, or unfair practices or incorrect or misleading statements connected with participation in the raffle, the organiser is entitled to use his discretion to exclude persons from participating in this raffle.

Prize, notification and handover of the prize

The winners shall be drawn by the organiser. If more correct answers are received than there are prizes, a decision shall be made by the drawing of lots. The prizes shall only be handed over to the winners. Prizes may not be exchanged and no equivalent cash payment shall be permitted.

End of raffle

The organiser expressly reserves the right to end the raffle at any time without prior notice and without expressing any reason. This shall apply in particular to reasons which would interfere with or prevent the scheduled procedure of the raffle.

Data privacy

Participation in the raffle is dependent on providing personal details. The participant assures that the personal details supplied are truthful and correct, in particular the participant’s first name, surname and email address. The organiser points out that all the participant’s personal details will not be divulged or made available to third parties for their use without the participant’s consent. In case of winning, the winner consents to the publication of his or her name and address on the organiser’s website. The participant may revoke his or her consent at any time. Revocation shall be sent in writing to the email address of marketingthgeyerde. If consent is revoked, the personal details supplied by the participant and stored will be deleted with immediate effect.

Applicable law

Questions or complaints in connection with the raffle shall be sent to the organiser. Please refer to the contact details contained in the Imprint. The raffle is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The judges’ decision is final.

Severability clause

If a provision in these participation conditions becomes entirely or partially ineffective, it shall not affect the validity of the other participation conditions. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it. This shall also apply should there be a loophole in these provisions.
